This is a mountain trek over one of the most scenic mountains in the Wadi Rum Desert. We have selected it, as it allows you to walk and scramble on its top for a longer period of time.

First we start by hiking up a mountain cavet for about one hour. Reaching the top, you will not only have a magnificent far-stretched view over the desert. You will be surprised by a view into a spectacular huge valley inside the mountain, which after exploring the rocky surface for a bit, we will now descend into. About halfway down, we climb up another hill again, then keep going up and down while scrambling over rocks, descending into small picturesque valleys etc. Towards the end, we scramble down the mountain to the side, an interesting adventurous route. Back on the ground we will surround the mountain, walking at the scenic edge where different shades of sand meet the rock, until we reach back at our starting point.

In the evening you can decide to stay with us overnight, at our traditional Bedouin camp, or out in the desert under the stars, which will complete an amazing day in the Wadi Rum desert with traditional Bedouin food cooked under the ground and songs played on the oud.
